Your eye care...covered
Regular eye examination, including OCT
Your annual sight examination is covered and you'll receive the highest standard appointment, including Optical Coherence Tomography¹. This lets us see beneath the surface of the eye and allows much earlier detection of potential changes in your eye health.
Intermediary eye health checks as required or recommended
If you require additional visits between your annual appointments, we can book you in.²
Additional short consultations including phone/video as required
Pre-arranged short phone calls or in some cases video calls can be arranged if needed.

² Intermediary eye health check is either imaging or sight test. Emergency visits include one full appointment and two short appointments annually.
Minor Eye Conditions Service appointments covered
MECS appointments are included for ViPs (usually £70). If you have a concern with your vision (such as a sudden onset of blurred or double vision, eye pain or discomfort, red eye/eyelids, lumps and bumps in the vicinity of the eye) you can book a MECS appointment for a consultation and advice.

Interest-free payments
ViP members can spread the cost of their glasses, at 0% interest! Simply pay a 50% deposit and spread the remaining cost over up to ten months.
10% discount on accessories, solutions and eye supplements
Other accessories such as swimming goggles, magnifiers/low vision aids, lens sprays, anti-fog wipes, eye compresses, cords and chains are all discounted by 10%. You'll also save 10% on contact lens solutions, dry eye products and eye health supplements such as Macushield.
Extra pairs half price for THREE MONTHS
We offer as standard, half price extra pairs when purchased within one month of the original pair. As a ViP member, you have three months to purchase extra pairs at half price.† See more about our extra pairs offer here.
10% discount on hearing aids
If you require any hearing aids following a hearing heath check with us (provided by The Hearing Care Partnership) you'll receive a whole 10% discount on that purchase.
50% accidental damage discount within one year
We know that you rely on your glasses but accidents do happen, so ViP members benefit from accidental damage protection. If you damage your spectacles, we will pay 50% of the cost to repair or replace them.△

Free check-up/servicing/minor repairs/cleaning of your spectacles
We will check all the screws, lugs, nose pads, end-tips and other elements of your spectacles to ensure they're in the best condition and offer the best fit. We'll also clean them and carry out any minor repairs (e.g. new screws, nose pads etc.) free of charge.
Free occupational reports and referrals
If you require an optometrist to send a report or referral, this will be done at no charge.
