Ever considered contact lenses?

A wider field of view is possible with contact lenses.

The lenses and frames of glasses can restrict the field of view, which could make all the difference when playing sports.
Contact lenses are a very popular option for sports men and women. You'll no doubt find that contact lenses could well be the?only option for you when it comes to playing sports with uninterrupted vision. Many find that they offer a lot more freedom with a number of benefits over wearing glasses for sports. For example, contact lenses tend to allow more stable vision and better depth perception. This is because there is much less magnification difference between eyes. A wider field of view is possible with contact lenses too; the lenses and frames of glasses can restrict the field of view, which could make all the difference when playing sports. As mentioned above, specialist sports eyewear can feature quick release hinges to prevent damage to yourself and the frame upon impact. Obviously with contact lenses there is no risk of damage or breakage. And finally, because contact lenses will always move when your eyes move, the centre of the lens is always in the line of sight resulting in fewer distortions and of course no reflections.
